Booking and cancellation policy

Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

Upon booking, is required to pay a deposit of 30%. The final payment is made at least 15 days before the stay. For reservations last-minute (last 15 days) is required the prepayment.
The deposit paid and last-minute payments are not refundable. Any other amounts paid are refunded only if the reservation is cancelled at least 16 days before the date of stay.
