Guest Hause Simpatia is situated in the zone Pietralata Tiburtina, in an university area, well-connected with the centre, only few minutes by metro that goes directly to colosseum, in the private street with huge courtyard which permits you to spend your holidays peacefully and calmly. Well-maintained in all details, with all services impeccable. It is easy to reach the apartment with the public transport after midnight as well.
Our structure is composed of 3 huge double rooms with private bathrooms which are furnished with all comfort including television, bed spread,(inside there is the kitchen and in front of there is a cheap supermarket). It is the best way to enrich your stay in Rome. The atmosphere waiting for you is friendly and pleasant.

Moreover, all our guests are provided with both, front-door and apartment keys so that it would be possible to have total independence of going out and coming back, especially for those planning to return late.

if you book online with an immediate confirmation, in the case of overbooking ,we will give you one room in the same area for the same price and of the same quality or better, the deposits are not returned anymore
The payment of the entire stay has to be made at the arrival, in cash. We don't accept credit card.
If you wish we can pick you up at the airport but you have to tell us before and we also have the possibility to organise cheap tours outside Rome, for example to Tivoli, Castel Gandolfo, Lago Bolsena, ect .

Cancellation Policy: Your reservation can be cancelled 4 days before the arrival date, otherwise it will be charged one night cancellation fee and the banking costs.
