	Excellent Location: The Moonlight Pension is located just 5 minutes by foot from the famous Sultanahmet (Blue) Mosque, Aya Sofya Museum, Topkapi Palace and the Archeological Museum, plus scores of restaurants, shops and other places of interest. The Egyptian Bazaar and Grand Bazaar are about 15 minutes by foot and contain thousands of shops. We are also five minutes from the Tram (Sultanahmet Station) which runs down to the Eminonu District where you will find the Central Train Station and ferries to all areas of Istanbul. The Moonlight Pension is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood filled with children playing in the street. On Wednesdays, there is a farmers' market with produce, clothing and household goods for sale. And the shore of the Sea of Marmara is a short walk away. Our neighborhood is an interesting mixture of local residents and tourists from all over the world.
	PICKING UP FREOM THE AIRPORT If you arrive in Istanbul Ataturk Airport, we have picking up service. If you would like us to pick you up, please let us know your flight information by e-mail or phone. It is 20 Euros up to 4 persons From the Airport: Light Metro:When you go out froom the exit door Ataturk Airport of arrivals, please follow the signs to Light Metro. It is down floor. Get on the Metro and get off Aksaray (the last stop) It takes about 35 minutes. After, you should walk to the Yusufpaşa (Aksaray) Tram Station. Get on the Tram for Eminonu an get off Sultanahmet. And follow the walking directions to Moonlight Pension. Taxi: A taxi will cost about 15.00 € and take less than 1/2 an hour to get to the Moonlight Pension from the Ataturk International Airport. Every taxi has a meter, so insist that the driver turn it on when you leave the airport. There is a slight difference in prices between day and night. Tell the driver you wish to go to Sultanahmet and give the driver the address of the pension (Akbiyik Caddesi No: 87). Shuttle Bus: Take the Havas Shuttle Bus (about 4.00€ ) to the Aksaray Tram Station. Get on the Tram heading for Eminonu (about 0.80 € ) and get off at the Sultanahmet stop. Then follow the Walking Directions below. From the Main Bus Station: Take the Metro (about € 0.80) to the Aksaray Station. Go up to street level and get on the Tram heading for Eminonu (about € 0.80). The tram platform is not visible right away, so you might have to ask ("tramvay nerede?"). Get off at the Sultanahmet stop. Then follow the Walking Directions below. From the Main Train Station (European Side): Take the Tram heading for Cevizlibag or Zeytinburnu and get off at the Sultanahmet stop. Then follow the Walking Directions below. Walking Directions From the Sultanahmet Tram Stop (Blue Mosque): Walk towards the Blue Mosque. Bear left past the mosque to Mimar Mehmet Caddesi. Walk on this street past the Blue Mosque. On your left is the Aya Sofya and on your right the Blue Mosque. Walk past the bazaar to the corner, and turn right. Walk half a block down the hill (with the bazaar on your right) and take the first left. You are still on Mimar Mehmet Caddesi. Walk one block and turn right on Akbiyik Caddesi. Walk to the end of the street where it curves to the left. Follow the curve. The Moonlight Pension is on the left.
