Me and my girlfriend had an amazing stay! The area is very good, really close to the Sagrada Familia (like 3-5 minutes), has a lot of cafes and shops around. The room is very cosy and nice.
Alex is really nice and very helpful. If there were any questions like where to go or what to do he was always ready to answer and give us as many details as possible. It made it really easy for us to enjoy our time in Barcelona.
Thank you a lot, Alex! We will definitely stay at your place next time!

Nearby shop and vegetable shop where you can buy everything you need. Great attitude at the meeting, the room we were in for a compliment on arrival, a bottle of wine. I liked everything, so in September 2013 ostonovitsya already going for 15 days in this apartment, in the same room.

It was a good place to stay. However the only negative thing was that it is quite far from the city center. However 2 metro stations are near and very easy to use.

Also, it was difficult to find the exact place as there is no sign or label on the apartment...

"Best place to stay in Eixample, Barcelona"

Travessera de Gracia Rooms, named after the street it is on, is an excellent place to stay if you are visiting Barcelona for a few days or for longer periods. Situated in the Eixample, one of three main historic districts in the central city, the location is very good. Walking distance to some of Barcelona's most important attractions in the Eixample, one can easily reach Gaudi's masterpiece, the Sagrada Familia, in about 5 minutes. Gaudi's architecture resounds through the area, and the famous Casa Mila is about 15 minutes walk.

Transportation is easy with access to taxis, buses, and metros. If you are traveling by car, street parking is free on nights and weekends, but limited to 2 hours during the day for a nominal cost. Good tourist restaurants are found only a few blocks away at the pedestrian street Avinguda de Gaudi, which runs diagonally from the Hospital de Sant Pau to Sagrada Familia.

The apartment itself is situated 2 floors above street level and does not have an elevator. This is where the inconvenience ends, however, since the apartment manager provides all the necessities for a delightful and practical stay, including nice perks like toiletries, hair dryer, and coffee/tea maker. A washer machine is convenient for stays longer than a couple of days. The rooms are very clean and appointed with nice furniture, and comfortable beds, which is important to know if you are traveling from city to city in Spain. They have both ensuite and non-ensuite rooms. The bathrooms are renovated in modern style for a traditional residential apartment area. Another important feature that is often overlooked in reviews is that this apartment is extremely quiet with the windows closed, although it is situated above a moderately busy street. An in-room air conditioner allows you to control the temperature of the room very efficiently.

Hi all, the B&B is nice and clean, only problems when we checked out, nobody was there to take the money, no creditcards allowed, I had to phone with my expencive danish cellphone before we could find a solution! At least the car-park near the B&B is very expencive!! 30 € for 11 hours! For the same money (B&B + carpark)you can get a 4 star hotel incl. garage for your car in Barcelona...If you have a car...this B&B is not perfect.
