Comments (English):
No safety - door locks falling and not able to close the door unless you lock with the key; no comfi - bed is very small, no lamps on bedside table; you have to take the water yourself from the shower because it splashes all over and the glas division is not big enough. Staff has a not-caring-about-anything atttude.
Lisbon has a very high standard when it comes to hostels, and I have stayed in many, but this one pulls the standard down.

Comments (English):
I was travelling to Lisbon alone and checked in to this hostel in the evening. The whole atmosphere and ambience was so creepy and I felt really unsafe. A person at the reception was secretly trying to click a pictures of people. The bathroom had an abandoned phone lying on the floor. It was a horrible experience!!

This is by far the worst hostel I visit in Portugal.
The staff don't give a ... Of you and hang out most of the time in front of the TV. Don't say hello or anything. The place is small there is no decoration, the bedshitts were dirty as well...
There is much better alternative in Lisboa so I would not recommend this hostel.

The hostel was not very clean, especially the showers. The floor of either room was not very clean. But it is very well located. However, the hostel is somewhat difficult to find.

Comments (English):
The door of the rooms has no locker, this means everybody can enter your room at anytime! The location is good, but the hotel is not clean, very noisy and haven't enough saukets in the rooms. The receptionist can not speak good English and short of traveling information; the breakfast is really poor.

Lieu très peu accueillant, le personnel ne parlait pas la langue du pays (portugais), entretien des locaux qui laisse à désirer, le linge de maison était sale, les douches était vétustes (l'eau coulait dans les couloirs de l'établissement), très petite ration pour petit déjeuner (café servit dans des boles en plastiques...).
Très étonnant ! Une caution de 5€ est demander pour la clef de la chambre.
Bref, je ne conseillerais pas cet établissement pour un séjour à Lisbonne (de courte ou longue durée).

El hostel esta ubicado en pleno corazon de Lisboa a dos cuadras de la plaza del rocio. Tiene una buena ubicacion para ir a pie hasta el barro alto y hata uno de lis parques mas visitados.
El ambiene del hotel es raro, a mi me toco dormir con el recepcionista e la misma habitacion que no hablaba portuguea y su ingles era muy basico. No hay toallas. Te cobran 5 euros para darte las llaves de l locker o del hotel si volves tarde, luego te lo reintegran. Ofrecen un servicio de pequenho almuerzo por la manhana como lo llaman los portugueses, consiste en una manzana cafe de maquina que cuando yo fui no fincionaba y no era una nexpresso, pan, dulces varios y alguna galleta. La mujer que limpia en el hostel ingresa a los cuartos a su gusto y piachere y se enoha si por ejemplotomas 2 manzanas en vez de una. No es muy limpoo que digamos. El segundo dia me tue que banhar con agua fria ya que no habia agua caliente. Hay wifi y fucona bien. Si tu viaje es ultra low cost podes tolerarlo sino te conviene otro.
