We offer you an apartment(2 rooms) on the ground floor, two rooms with balcony on the first floor and insured parking place in our private yard. We also rent rooms from the apartment separetely .
Our house is situated in a peaceful part of the town with family houses, the part of Dubrovnik called Šipčine. Due to its position of central part of Dubrovnik you can easily walk to the old town or to the seaside in Lapad. You can reach the old city from our house by car in few minutes and if you would rather use public transport the bus station is 50m away. Close to our house you can use services of the harbor, supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, banks or of the local market place. Everything you might need is close.
Rooms are large, with balcony and the common bathroom. These rooms are air conditioned and all of them can be used by 2 or 3 persons. The rooms are equipped with fridge, TV-sat and wireless internet. The use of kitchen is also possible.
The apartment consists of two big rooms, a kitchen, a hall and a bathroom. It is equipped with sat TV and wireless Internet. We also rent those 2 rooms separately.
The apartment can be used by 4 to 6 persons. In front of it there is a big yard where you can sit and relax in the shadow of Mediterranean plants.
