Description - Hotel

Austrian Yard Hotel is situated in the historical centre of the city. Our hotel is situated in the quite court yard away from the urban noise. The nearest metro station is 3 minutes walk from the hotel and it is easy to get in a short time to any part of the city. All the major monuments, museums, theatres are situated close to the hotel. If you take metro you will get to Nevsky Prospect in 5 minutes.

Our hotel was opened on the 1st of June 2009. Everything is brand new. The hotel is equipped with it's own water heating system. There is internet access in every room.

Every room has a small hall at the entrance, a bathroom with the shower, hairdryer, TV, refrigirator, some dishes, a kettle, some rooms have microwave and some have small kitchen.

The registration is opened 24 hours.

Booking and cancellation policy

Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

If payment for hotel services is made under the clearing settlement, the advance payment into the minihotel account is brought at a rate of 100 % for all period of residing not less, than for 3 (three) days prior to the beginning of arrival of the visitor or earlier.
If payment for hotel services is made in cash, the advance payment for booking is brought into the account of minihotel in the amount of the cost of 1 day of residing not less, than 3 (three) days prior to the arrival of the visitor, and the rest of the sum is paid when the visitor arrives to the hotel. Payment in cash must be carried out in roubles.
The guaranteed booking can be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival of visitors in writing (by fax). After specified time not cancelled booking should be paid at a rate of one night of residing.
