I'm Paul. We have one Lovely apartment located in the heart of Barcelona "El Born neighborhood", 5 min walk from “Barceloneta Beach” and walking distance the famous ramblas and Plaça Catalunya.

Bed nº 1:
large double bed with closet, chairs, lights, lamps and fan.(135x190 cm).

Bed nº 2:
single bed with chairs, lights, lamps and fan (90x190cm).

Bed nº 3:
single bed with closet, chairs, lights, lamps and fan (90x190cm)

Conditions of agreement:

Check-in : 14. 00 pm
Check-out: 12. 00 am

(not included cleaning- 20 euros )

We do not charge DEPOSIT, but if you must sign the agreement of rental with one credit card valid the guest who has made the reservation.

Services additionals:

  service of towels swedish "Frajen" ( towels of bath and towels of hands).

  call center of service of taxi.

The apartment consists of one kitchen full with room for 3 people, 1 dining table for 4 people, 1 living room where can be read, watch TV and with one balcony very bright. Cozy full bathroom with shower and WC. Free internet included.

Transportation
Walking distance from Train Renfe Station with direct connection to Prat Airport.
3 min walk metro Jaume I L4 and metro Arc Triumf L1 and connected with the train station renfe with destination to all beaches of Costa Brava. (Blanes, Lloret de mar).
Also, many buses with destination to "Vila Olimpica" and all beaches of Barcelona (nudist beach).

The area

The apartment is very centrally located to "El Born neighborhood” with many trendy cafes and restaurants just around the corner. Several supermarkets in the area. The apartment is also close to "Park of Cuitadella", The Zoo and the monument "Arc de Triomf".
