There are four rooms that are spotless. Roberto, his wife and son Vince run a very clean operation. As of mid may Roberto and his wife are retiring to Spain and Vince will be taking over. I hope he keeps everything the same because I plan are coming back. This B&B is near Termini Station which like most train stations is not the best part of town, but convienent. I would say, just don't go out alone late at night, all other times are fine.

Very frienly stuff, clean room. No problem with safety. Everything is close thanks to metro. Minus is italian breakfast, but it's usual to have one roll and a cup of cofee... .
