Comments (English): The rooms are big though a bit dark and old. But it fits well to the ambiance of the antiquities of Venice. The toilets are clean and beautiful, and there is a staff that is present always to assist you in all your needs. Plus, it is very near St. Mark's, that is the best part of getting your accommodation here for a decent price.
However, it is really difficult to locate this place as it carries a very small signage on its doorpost. The instructions in their website doesn't help you much and some promos there may be confusing and outdated (better e-mail Paula directly and wait for her reply). Another difficulty that we had is that you can't arrange your breakfast earlier than 8 am. So if you are leaving early, don't expect anything served before you.
Generally, it will be a good choice for walk-in tourists. I will have it again the next I drop in Venice.
