Wir hatten das schönste Zimmer des Hauses in der oberen Etage, mit Zugang zur Terrasse: Wunderbar entspannend mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Stadt und die Bucht von Ayvalik. Schöner geht's in Ayvalik kaum...
Unsere Gastgeber waren reizend, standen mit Rat und Tat stets zur Seite. Das Frühstück war familiär. Wie (ein) Zuhause.

We thought it was expensive for what was on offer. Althought the room was very charming, it lacked space due to a long sofa which may even be sleeping arangement for third person - not sure. Shower area was very and also uncomfortable - trying to squeeze your head under as small shelf over a small basin to get teeth cleaned and a flexi shower at short height! No hot water in basin.Room not cleaned in 5 days and toilet paper never replaced. Our room looked over a beautiful roof terrace where breakfast was served but meant there was no privacy when other folk were eating there. Owners were friendly. Breakfast was good. Pension in street of old houses needing renovated and some are in a dreadful state of neglect. Kelebek - wont be bek. Much better value elsewhere as in Cesme!

I think Pension Kelebek is a good value. The owners are nice and helpful. The room was friendly and very clean.
I can recomend this accomadation.

Without question, this is one of the finest pensions I've ever stayed at. It is spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. The hosts are a delightful, convivial young couple. They are well-educated and welcoming. I felt at home immediately. They offered me valuable information about Ayvalik as well. A tasty breakfast was served atop the pension where there was a fine view of the town and the Aegean Sea. Kelebek was as pretty as its namesake in Turkish---the butterfly.
Kelebek is accessible to the port, shopping and fine restaurants. Do yourself a favor and stay there if you are ever near quaint Ayvalik, Turkey.

Comments (English):
Kelebek pansion is a very beautiful and nice place to stay in ayvalik! the familie is very frientli and speaks many of languages (german, english, spanish,...). The rooms are very clean and realy beautiful. the people are very helpful and you have a nice vew from the tarrace!
Stay there it is a good decision!
