I couldn't stay in this hostel because it was overbooked. We were not the only one.
When arrived to Split, we couldn't check in and take a shower cause we couldn't find the owner of a hostel. After hours of trying to find where the lady is, we were trying to get here on the phone but it was off.

We finnally looked for another place.Situation of the hostel is great, thought wasn't very clean and not recomended.

After almost 20hours of flight, I reached your accommodation with full expectancy. With your wonderful picutres on the website you made me expect a lot and I had no doubt about having fablulous time at your place. On arriving there, things unbelievable were waiting for me. There was no light at all, no airconditioner, wha't worse a shared bathroom (in your website you never mentioned it, I promise). No one could think of staying there even one night. My final choice was just leave out of your place, nowhere to go. One more thing, is it your policy not to return deposit money when the customer cancels it because of your poor service? It was getting dark and at the first night in a foreign country I had no other choice but to find any other place regardless of the price. You know what? That night I stay at the place of 200 euro. Do you think I'm a rich traveler? No, I'm just a backpacker. But what really matters me is not that big money. It's more than that. It's about my idea about your city, Split. Nothing good comes to my mind about your city only because of Rooms Meri. Right you Rooms Meri totallySPLIT the image of your city Rooms Meri. Do you really want to prosper your business and promote the image of your city? Then change everything in your place. Otherwise you should shut down your place and that's the only way left for you.
