Comments  (English):
The reception staff were really friendly and our twin room was spacious. The room had great heating and much needed in -c temperatures. We walked everywhere, no taxi needed. This was both our first time in Krakow and we do not have any complaints what so ever. Great experience. We would recommend this hotel if you are on a short break and want to be near all the sites that Krakow has to offer.
