I rent a house with a garden of 25 m2 in Saint-Maur .
It has an independent gate looking onto a path which can serve as private parking lot which can contain up to 3 cars and of a garden with terrace fitted out by 100 m2. It is located in front of the RER A (REGIONAL EXPRESS NETWORK) named Saint Maur Créteil which makes you reach directly the main stations of Paris Center : Nation, Station of Lyon, Châtelet Les Halles, Opera, The defense in 10 minutes. It takes 5 minutes to go to the High school Marcellin Berthelot or D' Arsonval. The house has :
A wide corridor in the entry with a big cupboard with 3 sliding doors with mirror;
A bathroom with window, shower, washbasin, arrangements, TOILETS;
A main room with a double bed and 2 night tables with a big plate glass window and electric shutters looking onto the private terrace and garden
Including the kitchen area fitted out: washing and drying machine,
Big freezer, 2 electric patches, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, table and chairs. The house is new, walls are white, it is very bright.
The door has 8 locks. Maximum capacity is 2 persons. Animals are not allowed.
Price : 50 euros a night for 1 person breakfast included and 55 euros a night for 2 persons breakfasts included. For a weekend, the price is 95 euros for 1 person and 120 euros for 2 persons. For a week : 255 euros for 1 person and 355 euros for 2 persons. The pledge in every case is 500 euros. By caution, payments by check will not be accepted except if they are done in advance. A 30 % deposit will be asked to book your dates except in case of last-minute reservation.
